In-Market Monitoring Leader Listens and Responds to User Feedback |
FAIRFAX, VA, April 10, 2009—Leader in in-market monitoring of PSMS programs Wireless Media Consulting (WMC) announced today the updates to its Program Violation Notice, known informally as a failure form. Responding to comments from content providers, aggregators, and wireless carriers, the WMC team has released a new, improved failure form designed to make in-market monitoring data much easier for aggregators and content providers to access, understand, and respond to.
“We’ve been listening to suggestions from content providers and aggregators and are working to incorporate some of their feedback into our processes,” confirmed Ian Matthews, WMC president and chief operating officer. “The company remains committed to ensuring a cohesive and efficient audit process for all stakeholders.”
Now, all interceptions for a unique piece of creative are combined into a single audit entry on the failure form. Duplicate interceptions are grouped with their associated unique creative, with URLs for the duplicates listed just below the link to the unique creative. So, users no longer need scroll through up to several thousand thumbnail images per failure form to review captured creative; instead they can select the links they wish to view. This adaptation greatly reduces the size of these electronic files.
