Enforcement and Response Service
To help carriers enforce their audit standards in the marketplace, WMC Global team members work directly with content providers and aggregators via email, based on carrier approval of the audit results for both advertising creative and SMS message flows generated during program opt-in and participation. We resolve compliance issues within 10 (or fewer) days of interception, with egregious violations (e.g., fraudulent or other illegal activity) being escalated to the carrier on the same day the advertisement is intercepted.
